On Thursday, September 10th, Chef Ryan Day and Customer Development Manager Sarah Nguyen had the opportunity to take the Radford H.S. Culinary Department on a Farm to Table Fieldtrip to Aloun Farms.
We toured the land learning about farming from the seeding to the harvesting. Afterwards, we returned to Radford H.S. where the May's Hawaii Team worked with the Radford H.S. culinary class to make dishes incorporated with fresh produce we received from Aloun Farms.
