May’s Hawaii Loco Moco

Enjoy a May’s Hawaii twist on an old favorite!  May’s Hawaii Teriyaki Patties truly bring something special to this beloved Hawaiian dish.  Switch out your boring old basic patty for a May’s Hawaii Teriyaki Patty to create a flavorful explosion that can’t be beat!


May’s Hawaii Loco Moco

  • 4 pieces May's Hawaii Teriyaki Patties
  • 4 pieces Large Eggs
  • 8 cups White Rice
  • 2 cups Brown Gravy (Brand of your choice)
  • .25 cup Green Onions, Sliced


Step 1
Cook 8 cups white rice and place off to the side
Step 2
Grill (on grill or stove top) May's Hawaii Teriyaki Patties until cooked (internal temperature reaches 160 degrees). Cook eggs in pan until cooked over easy.
Step 3
Dice green onions and prepare brown gravy of choice.
Step 4
Plate two scoops white rice, May's Hawaii Teriyaki Pattie, and eggs. Garnish with brown gravy and green onion to taste.
