May’s Hawaii Char Siu Chicken Noodle Salad

A classic Chinese inspired noodle dish, modernized with the great flavors of May’s Hawaii Char Siu Chicken Thighs.  A succulent combination of new and classic, sure to be a great addition to your Chinese New Year celebrations.


May’s Hawaii Char Siu Chicken Noodles

Ingredients

  • lb May's Hawaii Char Siu Chichen (Slices)
  • 2lb Chow Mein Noodles (Ready to cook)
  • 1 tablespoon Mince Garlic
  • 4 Small Green Onions (Chopped)
  • 4oz Snow Peas
  • 4oz Shitake Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 2oz Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 4 teaspoons Soy Souce
  • Salt and Pepper (To Taste)

Directions

Step 1
Heat a sauté pan or wok until hot. Pour the peanut oil in and swirl it around the edges of the pan. Add the sliced May's Hawaii Char Siu Chicken and cook thoroughly, stirring frequently. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for a few seconds, then add the mushrooms and snow peas. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Last, toss the chow mein noodles and mix together. Stir until hot and serve.
