May’s Hawaii Char Siu Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2lb May's Hawaii Char Siu Chicken Thighs (Sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 can Yellow Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Step 1
Heat sesame oil in hot skillet and add minced garlic, sauté until golden brown
Step 2
Add 2 LBS May's Hawaii Char Siu Chicken sauté until chicken is cooked thoroughly (160 degrees internal temperature)
Step 3
Add Broccoli, Onion, and Snow Peas and sauté until all vegetables are evenly cooked and tender.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and serve with your favorite sides.
