May’s Hawaii Hawaiian Style Pork Adobo Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 24oz May's Hawaii Hawaiian Style Pork Adobo
  • 3 cups Rice, Cooked and Cold
  • 3 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic, Chopped
  • .25 cup Soy Sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil. Saute garlic in oil until brown, then add in the eggs and green onion. Scramble eggs with the garlic and green onion until thoroughly cooked. Next, add May’s Hawaii Hawaiian Style Pork Adobo with its juices. Heat all the ingredients thoroughly. Last, add cooked and cooled rice. Toss and incorporate all ingredients together. Finish by adding soy sauce to taste.
