May’s Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken Lettuce Wraps

  • 2lb May's Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken Tights (Chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 Carrots (Peeled and Julienned)
  • .25 cup Green Onion (Sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vineger
  • 4oz Water Chesnuts (Drained and Chopped)
  • .25 cup Soy Sauce
  • .25 cup Honey
  • 1-2 head Lettuce (Need 12 leaves)


Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, whisk rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey together.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat peanut oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped May's Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken and cook thoroughly, add garlic, ginger, green onion, and water chestnut. Sauté together until cooked
Step 3
Add Honey- Rice vinegar mix vinegar, and to pan and toss with all the other ingredients. Toss together well.
Step 4
Clean and separate lettuce leaves, use each whole leaf as a bowl. Fill each leaf with about 4 oz. of filling.
