May’s Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

Simple is always best!  A kind word, a smile, a helping hand.  A grilled chicken stick with veggies.  Oh yes!  Simple can sometimes be just what is needed to bring a smile to even the most hectic of days.  This holiday season, slow down, keep it simple, and make these May’s Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken Skewers.  Our version of yakitori will definitely bring a smile to your face and some peace to your day!

May’s Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

  • 2lb May's Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup Red and Yellow Peppers (Diced into 2" sections)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Onions (Diced into 2" sections)


Step 1
Preheat grill to medium –high heat.
Step 2
Diced the May's Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken and vegetables into two inch sizes for skewering. Thread the Teriyaki Chicken and vegetables onto skewers, leaving a small space between each item.
Step 3
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill skewers for 10 minutes, turning as needed, or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
