  • 1lb May's Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken Thighs (Thawed and Sliced)
  • .5 cup Carrots, Graded
  • .25 bunch Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 Large Cucumber, Sliced
  • 1-2 Small Jalapenos, Seeded and Sliced
  • 4-8 Small Sandwich Rolls
  • .5 cup Siracha Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic, Peeled and Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice


Step 1
Cook the May's Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken Thighs in a fry pan until they are thoroughly cooked and the internal temperature is at least degrees. This should take 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 2
Slice open baguettes. Mix the Siracha mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic together. Spread Siracha mayonnaise mixture onto bread, then top with cilantro leaves, grated carrots, cucumber slices, jalapenos slices, and sliced Teriyaki chicken.
