  • 1 box May's Hawaii Premium Patties
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Sweet Onions, Peeled and Sliced
  • 8oz Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 8 pieces Bacon, Cooked
  • 8 Large Eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce
  • 8 pieces Hamburger Buns
  • Tabasco if desired


Step 1
In fry pan, melt 2 Tablespoons of butter and sauté onions until they are golden brown and caramelized. Remove from heat and place into bowl.
Step 2
Grill or pan fry May's Hawaii Premium Patties. Cook from frozen
Step 3
In a fry pan, heat up the last tablespoon of butter and cook eggs over-easy.
Step 4
To serve, spread buns with mayonnaise and butter lettuce leaves. On the bottom bun, Stack the cooked Premium patty on the bottom bun, and then layer it with 2 slices of cooked bacon and one over easy egg on each bun. Spread mayonnaise on the top of each bun. Divide sautéed onions among the burgers and top with crumbled blue cheese. Season with Tabasco sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
