May’s Hawaii Teriyaki Patties and Fried Onion Burger

  • 1 box May's Hawaii Teriyaki Patties
  • 2 Large Sweet Onions, Sliced
  • 8 medium slices American Cheese
  • 8 medium slices Ripe Tomato
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce
  • 8 Hamburger Buns
  • Mayonnaise
  • Fry Oil
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


Step 1
In a fry pan, heat fry oil. Toss onion slices in seasoned flour. Shake access flour off, and fry in oil until golden brown. Place on separate plate to cool. Grill or Pan Fry May’s Hawaii Teriyaki Patties. Cook from frozen.
Step 2
To serve, Separate buns and spread top bun with mayonnaise, butter lettuce leaves, and tomato slices. On the bottom bun, Stack the cooked May's Hawaii Teriyaki Patty on the bottom bun, and then layer it with 1 slice of American cheese and top with fried onions. Serve immediately.
