May’s Hawaii Teriyaki Sliced Beef Steak Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 box May's Hawaii Teriyaki Sliced Beef
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Large Round Onions, Peeled and Sliced
  • 1 Large Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 4 Medium French Rolls
  • 8oz Chedder Cheese, Shredded
  • 8 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1
Thaw out May’s Hawaii Teriyaki Sliced Beef. Cook from thawed.
Step 2
In fry pan, melt 2 oz. butter, then sauté the onions and peppers until brown. Remove onion-pepper mixture from the fry pan. Hold in separate bowl.
Step 3
In the fry pan, heat up the last ounce of butter, sauté the slices of May's Hawaii Teriyaki Sliced Beef. Cook over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until done.
Step 4
To serve, spread rolls open face on a baking sheet. Spread mayonnaise on the top of each roll. Divide beef and onion-pepper mixture among rolls. Top with cheese. Broil or Toast for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
