May’s Hawaii Premium Cinco de Mayo Burger

  • 1 box May's Hawaii Premium Patties
  • 8 medium slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 8 medium slices Cooked Bacon
  • 1 cup Guacomole
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce
  • 8 Hamburger Buns
  • Tabasco, to taste


Step 1
Grill or Pan Fry May’s Hawaii Premium Patties. Cook patties from frozen.
Step 2
To serve, spread buns with mayonnaise and guacamole on the top bun. Garnish with butter lettuce leaves. On the bottom bun, Stack the cooked May's Hawaii Premium Patty on the bottom bun, and then layer it with 2 slices of cooked bacon and one sliced of Pepper Jack Cheese on each bun. Season with Tabasco sauce or your favorite salsa to taste. Serve immediately.
