May’s Char Siu Chicken on Noodles

  • 1lb May's Char Siu Chicken (Sliced)
  • 1 cup Dried Egg Noodles
  • 1 Large Garlic Clove (Mined)
  • 4 Small Green Onions (Sliced)
  • 4oz Snow Peas
  • 4oz Shitake Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


Step 1
Place the egg noodles in boiling water and cook according to instructions.
Step 2
Heat a wok until smoking hot. Pour the peanut oil in and swirl it around the edges of the wok. Add the May's Char Siu Chicken and cook thoroughly (until 165 degrees), stirring frequently. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for a few seconds, then add the mushrooms and snow peas. Season with soy sauce and salt and pepper.
Step 3
Drain hot noodles into serving dish, top with May's Char Siu Chicken and vegetables.
