This dish is a savory take on classic chicken stir fry using May's Teriyaki Chicken thighs. Quick to make and easy to cook, this is a quick and healthy meal when time is short.


  • 2lb May's Teriyaki Chicken Thighs (Sliced into strips)
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Sliced Yellow Onion
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil (You can substitute Olive or Canola Oil)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


Step 1
Heat sesame oil over high heat in large skillet. Add mined garlic and saute until golder brown
Step 2
Add 2 lbs May's Teriyaki Chicken Thighs. Saute until the chicken has cooked thoroughly (160 degrees).
Step 3
Add broccoli, onion. and snow peas and continue to saute until vegitables are tender.
Step 4
Season with salt and paper. Serve with your favorite sides.
